Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, allowing the product to be removed after drying, ensuring rapid curing in resin epoxy castings in a hot environment with a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees. Our silicone molds are also reusable, non-disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it becomes scratch-resistant and takes on a glass-like appearance. Color: Transparent

  • The general service life of molds is 10 times, while some of our model molds have a service life between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its service life.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the gloss of the mold and ensure a longer service life.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
