Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily separable molds that allow for quick drying of resin epoxy casts, which can be removed after the product has dried, preserving in a hot environment with an average temperature range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after about 6 hours. It completely hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and removing residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
