Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried, providing a quick curing for resin epoxy pours and can withstand high temperatures ranging from about 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be provided by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes and pour it into the mold to dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours, fully hardened within 12 hours, and scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours.

• Important notice:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 times, while in some of our models, it is between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and the way you use it, as well as the cleaning process, can help you use it for a longer time.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a long lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning and removing epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
