Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, and can withstand high temperatures between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, facilitating rapid drying of epoxy resin pours. Our silicone molds can be used multiple times and are not for one-time use only. Depending on your imagination, resin epoxy molds can create differences in many sectors. Currently, we have over 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 times, and for some of our mold models, it is between 20-25 times.
  • Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can extend the lifespan of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves mold shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid using alcohol and solvent-based products to clean silicone molds, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
