Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily separable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds allow for quick drying of resin epoxy pours and can withstand temperatures between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Our resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It becomes scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours.

  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
