Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily separable molds that can withstand temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy castings that can be easily removed after the product has dried. Our silicone molds are multi-use and not for one-time use only. Depending on your imagination, resin epoxy molds can create differences in various sectors. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be provided by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely solidifies within 12 hours. It reaches a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 times, while for some mold models, it can be between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you use it for a longer period.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and try not to touch the mold with your fingers.
