Silicone injection molds for resin epoxy are heat-resistant and easy to demold, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds can tolerate high temperatures ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy pours. Our silicone molds are also reusable, making them non-disposable resin molds. Depending on your imagination, resin epoxy molds can create variations in many different sectors. Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix the solution thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring right to left, left to right, and top to bottom. Ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing rod. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
