Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed from resin epoxy casts after they have dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts in a warm environment with a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees. Our silicone molds are also reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener are poured into a container and mixed slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable within about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like finish within 48 hours.

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and using it properly, including cleaning procedures, can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning resin liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
