Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried in resin epoxy castings, providing a quick curing process for resin epoxy castings, withstanding an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and sides of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Notice:

The general usage life of the mold is 10 times, and in some model molds, it is between 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold's shine and prolongs its usage life. Non-alcoholic wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
