Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning the product can be removed after it dries. These molds enable epoxy resin pours to quickly dry at a high temperature of around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can bring diversity to different sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 epoxy resin mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a back-and-forth, side-to-side, and top-to-bottom motion. Ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Note:

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the gloss of the mold and ensure long-term use.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
