Resin Epoxy Mold for Coasters - 24.7 x 30.2 x 0.9 cm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, maintaining a high heat resistance between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, enabling quick drying of resin epoxy casts. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top, ensuring a homogeneous mixture touches the bottom and edges of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after about 6 hours and completely harden within 12 hours. It will attain a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Note:

• The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and durability.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
