Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds, which can be removed after the product has dried, and can sustain high temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment, allowing rapid drying of resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, non-single-use resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination, currently have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, alternating right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be provided by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Warning:

In general, the mold lifespan is 10 uses, but for some models, it can be between 20-25 uses. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which maintains mold glossiness and prolongs lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues. Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
