Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily detachable molds that allow quick drying of resin epoxy casts, withstanding temperatures between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment after the product has dried. Our silicone molds are reusable molds that can be used multiple times for resin casting. Resin epoxy molds can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination.
Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix the combination thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing.
Afterwards, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely solidifies within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state within 48 hours.

Important notice:
Generally, the mold lifespan is around 10 uses, but some of our molds can be used 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. Using mold release spray is recommended as it preserves mold glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan. A non-alcohol-based wet wipe is the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids. Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
