Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment with an average temperature of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are also reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. In Turkey, we currently have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Homogeneous mixture should be achieved by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will become scratch-resistant like glass in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important notice:

The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our models may last between 20-25 uses. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure long-term use. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues. Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
