Earring and Necklace Resin Epoxy Mold - 40 x 12.6 x 12 mm

Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy castings after they have dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees, creating a fast curing environment for resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in various fields, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Clear

• The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure longer usability.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
