• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that can be removed after the product has dried, ensuring fast curing in resin epoxy castings with a high heat degree that can withstand an average of 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable, not disposable resin molds that can be used multiple times. Resin epoxy molds that can be used in many fields can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 10-15 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours. It completely hardens within 24 hours and becomes glass-like in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used up to 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning methods can help prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids from the molds.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
