Rectangular Wave Silicone Epoxy Mold (Dimensions of One Rectangle: 7 x 5 cm)

• Silicone injection molds for epoxy resin are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, suitable for resin epoxy casts that require rapid drying at high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius.

• Our silicone molds are reusable, not disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• • Important notice:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, while some models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
