Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, providing a quick drying process for resin epoxy pours that can withstand high temperatures between an average of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain.

Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by moving from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top. During stirring, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Allow the mixture to rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will reach a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours.

• Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can help you extend the lifespan of your mold.
• We recommend using mold release spray to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
