• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out of the mold after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.
• Kullanım: 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener are poured into a container and slowly stirred until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and top to bottom for 2-3 minutes. During stirring, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It takes on an unscratchable glass-like appearance after 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
