Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a quick curing process for resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many areas, can bring diversity to various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

• Important Warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, but some model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning methods can help you prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as this spray or wax varnish preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective materials for cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
