Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, making them suitable for resin epoxy castings that require fast curing in a hot environment with an average heat resistance of about 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are also reusable, non-disposable resin molds that can be used multiple times in various fields. Depending on your imagination, resin epoxy molds can create differences in many industries. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 times, but for some models, it can be between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the gloss of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and molds.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold interior with your fingers.
