Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable molds for resin epoxy casts, able to withstand high temperatures of around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment after the product has dried.

Our silicone molds are reusable molds that are not for single use. Resin epoxy molds can be utilized in various fields, creating differences in many industries depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10-15 minutes. A homogeneous mixture should be achieved with the stirring rod touching the bottom and sides of the container.
Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and leave it to dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and fully hardened within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state in 48 hours.

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's luster and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids from silicone molds.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
