Heart Resin Epoxy Mold - Heart Mold - 8 cm

• Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily detachable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, creating a fast curing process for resin epoxy castings in a hot environment.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating various possibilities depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts of resin and 1 part of hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes by stirring right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. Ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely solidify within 24 hours. It will acquire a glass-like appearance in 48 hours.

• • Important note:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the shine and durability of the mold.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
