Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy-to-release molds that allow for quick drying of resin epoxy pours, with a high heat capacity that can withstand temperatures between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and stir slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix by stirring right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like state within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Note:

• • The general lifespan of a mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective way to clean epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol and solvent-based products, and make sure not to touch the mold with your fingers.
