Toka Epoxy Silicone Mold Set - 122-1

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that allow rapid curing of resin epoxy pours, maintaining a high heat resistance between approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Our resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating variations depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and from bottom to top for about 2-3 minutes. During mixing, ensure that the mixing stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will take on an unscratchable glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Warning:

• The mold's lifespan is generally around 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective way to clean epoxy liquids.
• Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
