Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These molds help epoxy resin castings to cure quickly at high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Our silicone molds are also reusable and not for one-time use. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different areas and can create variations in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, in Turkey, we have more than 180 models of epoxy resin molds available.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, make sure the stirring stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and allow it to dry. It will be touch dry in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. After 48 hours, it will become scratch-resistant and have a glass-like finish. Color: Transparent

• Important Note:

  • The average lifespan of a mold is generally 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray as it preserves the mold's shine and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
