Resin Epoxy Comb Mold 5.8 x 13 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create variety in different sectors based on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Notice:

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some of our mold models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold gloss and extends its lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
