Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and they can withstand high temperatures of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, enabling quick drying of resin epoxy castings. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 500 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will acquire a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours.

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually around 10 uses, some of our mold models can be used for 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold glossiness and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
