Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and they can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, allowing resin epoxy casts to dry quickly. Our silicone molds can be used multiple times and are not disposable. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 measures of resin and 1 measure of hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring right to left, left to right, and top to bottom. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours.

  • Taking good care of your mold and using it properly, including cleaning procedures, can help extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain the mold's glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
