• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily detachable molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, enabling rapid curing of resin epoxy casts after drying.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many industries depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly stir until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During stirring, the mixing rod should touch the bottom and sides of the container to provide a homogeneous mixture. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours. It fully hardens within 24 hours and achieves a glass-like state within 48 hours.

• • Important Note:

    • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, but some of our mold models can be used 20-25 times.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains mold shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
