Epoxy Resin Mold - Z
-
Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the resin epoxy casts after they have dried. These molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, ensuring fast curing of resin epoxy casts.
-
Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many areas and can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10-15 minutes in a back and forth, left to right, and bottom to top motion. During mixing, ensure a homogeneous mixture by touching the bottom and edges of the container with the mixing stick. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and fully hardens within 24 hours. It reaches a glass-like state in 48 hours.

Important warning:
- The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, but some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
- Taking good care of your mold and following proper cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
- We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the glossiness of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
- Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
- Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
