Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily releasable, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, facilitating quick drying of resin epoxy castings in an environment with a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. Homogeneous mixing should be provided by touching the mixing rod to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens in 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important notice: The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, while some of our model molds have a lifespan of 20-25 uses. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan. We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves mold glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy residues. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
