Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. These resin epoxy molds can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 to 300 degrees, creating a fast curing process for resin epoxy pours. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many industries depending on your imagination. Currently, in Turkey, we have over 1600 models of resin epoxy molds available.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix in a back and forth, up and down motion for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, ensure the mixing stick reaches the bottom and sides of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours.

It will be completely hardened in 12 hours.

It will achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours.

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help prolong its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure longevity.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
