Epoxy silicone resin injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They provide rapid curing in resin epoxy castings, with a high heat resistance of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Our silicone molds can be used multiple times and are not for one-time use. With the ability to be used in various fields, resin epoxy molds can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and leave it to dry. It becomes touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on an unscratchable glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

NOTE: 2 pieces from the small mold and 1 piece from the large mold will be sent.

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is around 10 uses, while some of our models can be used up to 20-25 times.
  • Proper care and usage methods for your mold, as well as cleaning procedures, can help you use it for a longer period.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, as it maintains the gloss of the mold and extends its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids and molds.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol and solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
