Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable, meaning they can be taken out after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that enable quick drying in resin epoxy casts, capable of withstanding high temperatures ranging from an average of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many areas and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. There are currently more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Afterward, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, while some of our model molds can be used 20-25 times.
  • By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the mold gloss and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
