Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. These molds are capable of rapid curing in resin epoxy castings, with a high heat resistance of around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create variations in different sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container, and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Stir thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The stirring stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It achieves a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • Proper care and usage methods such as cleaning procedures can prolong the lifespan of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain the mold's shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy liquids and mold residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
