Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that allow epoxy resin casts to dry quickly in a hot environment maintaining a high temperature range of approximately 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, non-disposable resin molds. Epoxy resin molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, ensure the mixing stick touches the bottom and sides of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important Notice:

  • The general lifespan of the molds is usually 10 uses, but some of our models can be used between 20-25 times.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure long-term use.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
