Epoxy Resin Mold - 6-piece Necklace - 8.9 x 7.8 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to demold, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, which ensures quick curing of resin and epoxy pours. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 epoxy resin mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes by stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the stirring rod should touch the bottom and edges of the container to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will reach a scratch-resistant glass-like state in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
