Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, enabling quick curing of resin epoxy casts at high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many industries depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes, moving from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should create a homogenous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours. It will completely harden within 12 hours and achieve a scratch-resistant glass-like finish within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
