Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, which ensures rapid curing of resin epoxy casts in a warm environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is 10 uses, but some models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can prolong its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
• For cleaning, non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for removing epoxy liquids.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
