Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily detachable, allowing products to be removed after drying. They are resin epoxy molds that allow rapid drying of resin epoxy casts at high temperatures, typically between 200 and 300 degrees, in a warm environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, non-disposable resin molds. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part Catalyst into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardens within 12 hours. It acquires a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important notice:

The general lifespan of the molds is 10 times, while in some model molds, it can be between 20-25 times. Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you use it for a longer period. We recommend using mold release spray, as it preserves the mold shine and ensures a longer lifespan. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective materials for cleaning epoxy liquids. Absolutely do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
