Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easy to demold, meaning that the product can be removed after it has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can ensure quick drying in resin epoxy casts, tolerate high temperatures in a hot environment, typically between 200 to 300 degrees. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields and can create variations depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix the solution thoroughly for 2-3 minutes in a left-to-right, right-to-left, and bottom-to-top motion. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and edges of the container to create a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

  • The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses; however, some of our models can be used 20-25 times.
  • Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleanliness procedures, can help extend the lifespan of your mold.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which helps maintain the shine of the mold and prolong its lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
