Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily removable molds that can be used in resin and epoxy projects, allowing for quick curing of products between approximately 200 and 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only. With over 600 resin epoxy mold models currently available in Turkey, these molds can create variations in various industries depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will be touchable after about 6 hours and fully hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Warning:

• The general lifespan of molds is around 10 uses, some models can be used up to 20-25 times.
• Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleanliness procedures, can help prolong the lifespan of your molds.
• We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves mold glossiness and extends the lifespan of the mold.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
