Epoxy Resin Broken Stone Mold 12 x 19 x 1.1 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat-resistant and easily separable, meaning they can be removed from the product after it has dried, providing rapid curing in resin epoxy casts, with a high heat degree that can sustain in a hot environment ranging from around 200 to 300 degrees. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Epoxy resin molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 180 resin epoxy mold models available in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 2-3 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogenous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and leave it to dry. It will be touchable by hand after approximately 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will become scratch-resistant like glass within 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, while some model molds can be used between 20-25 times.
• Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
• We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold glossiness and ensure a longer lifespan.
• Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids and molds.
• Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products and refrain from touching the mold with your fingers.
