Epoxy Resin Mold - Seamless Multi-Round - 4.5 cm x 7 mm

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to remove, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. They are resin epoxy molds that can withstand high temperatures, around 200 to 300 degrees Celsius, in a hot environment, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy pours.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many fields and can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly in a back and forth, left to right, and up and down motion for 10 - 15 minutes. The mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely hardens within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of the mold is usually 10 uses, but some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can help you extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray as it maintains the mold's shine and prolongs its lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning up epoxy liquids.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products, and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
