Epoxy Resin Mold - Square - 25 mm - E5

• Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easily removable molds for resin epoxy casts that can be removed after the product has dried, allowing for quick curing of resin epoxy casts in a high-temperature environment, typically between 200 to 300 degrees Celsius.

• Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use only resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination.

• Usage: Pour 2 parts resin to 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until there are no air bubbles left. Mix thoroughly from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top for 10 - 15 minutes. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Then let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable after about 6 hours and completely solidifies within 24 hours. It achieves a glass-like state in 48 hours.

    • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 uses, while some of our models can last between 20-25 uses.
    • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
    • We recommend using mold release spray, as this spray or wax varnish preserves the mold's shine and ensures a longer lifespan.
    • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy liquids and molds.
    • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and be careful not to touch the mold with your fingers.
