Epoxy Resin Mold Big Size 45x25 x 3 cm

Epoxy resin silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to detach, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried. These molds are capable of quick drying for resin epoxy casts, with a high heat resistance of approximately 200 to 300 degrees in a hot environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for single-use only. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many fields, can create differences in various sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have over 180 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Instructions: Pour 2 parts resin into 1 part Hardener in a freezer-safe container and stir slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. The stirring stick should create a homogeneous mixture touching the bottom and sides of the container during stirring. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It becomes touchable in about 6 hours.

It completely hardens within 12 hours.

It becomes scratch-resistant and acquires a glass-like finish in 48 hours.

• Important Note:

  • The general lifespan of a mold is 10 uses, but some of our model molds can last between 20-25 uses.
  • Taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves the shine of the mold and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective for cleaning epoxy residues.
  • Do not clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
