Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to separate, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, providing a resin epoxy mold that allows rapid drying in resin epoxy casts that can withstand high temperatures between an average of 200 to 300 degrees in a warm environment. Additionally, our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use. Resin epoxy molds, which can be used in many areas, can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 resin epoxy mold models in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Mix the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. A homogeneous mixture should be provided by touching the mixing stick to the bottom and sides of the container during mixing. Then, let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, pour it into the mold, and let it dry. It becomes touchable by hand after about 6 hours. It completely hardens within 12 hours. It takes on a scratch-resistant glass-like appearance in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

• Important warning:

  • The general lifespan of molds is usually 10 times, and for some mold models, it is between 20-25 times.
  • By taking good care of your mold and following proper usage and cleaning procedures, you can extend its lifespan.
  • We recommend using mold release spray, which preserves mold glossiness and ensures a longer lifespan.
  • Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective material for cleaning epoxy liquids.
  • Avoid cleaning silicone molds with alcohol- or solvent-based products and do not touch the mold with your fingers.
