Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, and they can withstand high temperatures in a hot environment ranging from approximately 200 to 300 degrees, allowing for quick drying of resin epoxy casts.

Our silicone molds are reusable and not for one-time use resin molds. Resin epoxy molds can be used in many different fields, creating variations in many industries depending on your imagination.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container, and slowly mix until no air bubbles remain. Mix thoroughly for 10 - 15 minutes, stirring from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It can be touched by hand after approximately 6 hours and will completely harden within 24 hours. It will reach a glass-like state after 48 hours.
