Resin epoxy silicone injection molds are heat resistant and easy to release, meaning they can be removed after the product has dried, enabling quick drying of resin epoxy casts in a high-temperature environment, typically between 200 and 300 degrees Celsius. Our silicone molds are reusable, not for one-time use only. Resin epoxy molds can be used in various fields and can create differences in many sectors depending on your imagination. Currently, we have more than 600 models of resin epoxy molds in Turkey.

Usage: Pour 2 parts resin and 1 part hardener into a container and mix slowly until no air bubbles remain. Stir the mixture thoroughly for 2-3 minutes from right to left, left to right, and bottom to top. During mixing, the mixing stick should touch the bottom and sides of the container to ensure a homogeneous mixture. Let the mixture rest for 5 minutes, then pour it into the mold and let it dry. It will become touchable in about 6 hours and completely hardened within 12 hours. It will have a scratch-resistant glass-like finish in 48 hours. Color: Transparent

Important Notice:

The general lifespan of molds is 10 uses, but some of our models can be used between 20-25 times. Proper care and usage methods, as well as cleaning procedures, can extend the lifespan of your mold. We recommend using mold release spray or wax varnish to maintain mold shine and ensure long-lasting use. Non-alcohol-based wet wipes are the most effective in cleaning epoxy residues. Never clean silicone molds with alcohol or solvent-based products, and avoid touching the mold with your fingers.
